What is a Jade Roller?

The jade facial roller is a Chinese skincare tool that has been used for thousands of years. Perfected throughout the centuries, this facial massager was built to have a cooling, soothing effect on the skin.

Q: What are the benefits?

A: Besides improving overall health and radiance of the skin, jade rolling has a multitude of benefits.

Q: How do you use a jade roller?

A: Start in the middle of the face and roll outwards across the cheeks.

- Move to the eyebrows and roll upwards across the forehead.
- Move below the lower lip and roll downward across the chin.

Use the smaller end for more delicate areas and harder to reach places, use the larger end for broad surfaces.

Q: How often should you use a jade roller?

A: We recommend jade rolling twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening after washing your face. However, you can use the jade roller as many times as you want, whenever your face needs a moment of soothing calmness.
Jade rollers can be used in harmony with oils and serums for added penetration and absorption into the skin.

Q: How do you clean a jade roller and where do you store it?

A: After each use, a soft microfiber cloth can be used to wipe the jade roller clean.
For a deeper cleanse, dip the cloth into a bowl of soapy water (water + a cleanser) before wiping the jade roller.
You can dry the jade roller using another dry cloth or let it air dry. If you find that your jade roller is squeaky after a wash, add a few drops of oil to the sides of the roller head.
Our Mount Lai box is the perfect compartment for your jade roller to be housed in. Make sure the jade roller is completely dry before storage.
For an added cooling effect, the jade roller can be kept in the fridge.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 14 to 21 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days.
